My name is Liron, and I’m an artist, author and creator.

My biggest passion is painting & sharing my artistic journey with others. For this reason, over the past decade or so, I have amassed a significant following of close to 500K people on the different media channels, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and even my own mailing lists.

My main medium is watercolor, for many reasons. It is safe to say watercolor chose me, and not the other way around.

My painting philosophy is quite simple, because it doesn’t exist. Most of the time I follow my intuition.

My best work is produced when I work in complete freedom, unbound by techniques, plans and pre-determined processes. When I am able to step aside, the painting usually paints itself in the most ideal way.

My goal is to continue producing the best, purest art I can. I know a painting is perfect whenever I have a hard time letting it go. The feeling that no price is good enough is a very strong indication for a painting’s value.

Painting a Masterpiece
How I Painted 100 Cars to Achieve Watercolor Perfection

The peak of my 100 Cars Challenge. This book isn’t a how-to guide, but rather an inspiration inducing watercolor picture book.

It encapsulates some of my biggest insights on where a true masterpiece comes from.

How to Sketch
A Beginner’s Guide to Sketching Techniques, Including Step By Step Exercises, Tips and Tricks

My first major bestseller on Amazon, which was later also traditionally published in Spanish and Russian. Inside I share my intuitive sketching approach. I find that most aspiring artists lack a sense of looseness and freedom. Once said freedom is found, achieving accuracy is very much within reach.
